This is the D20 Market Place Refund Policy. This policy was last updated on December 19, 2024. You are expected to and encouraged to review this policy periodically to ensure not changes have been made to it, and you are in agreement with it. Only the latest version will be legally binding, and we have the right to make changes when needed without notice.

General Scope:

D20 Market Place has a simple no refund policy unless specific criteria is met. Individual sellers and publishers may provide and enforce their own refund policies. We do not force a specific seller or publisher to offer them. However they can if they wish offer such. If you are dealing with a seller or publisher on this site and you feel you have not gotten what you were supposed to, we are happy to mediate if possible. However, we will not enforce a seller or publisher to refund you your money.

We do not refund fees paid by customers of this site for use of such. Unless specific criteria is met as outlined below.

When do we refund?

We will offer a refund of fees paid in the following cases.

  1. When there is a billing error and we bill too much.
  2. When there is a error in our system and you do not get the services you paid for.
    1. Said refund in this case will only be for the services / time of services you failed to receive.
