You are expected to and encouraged to review this policy periodically to ensure not changes have been made to it, and you are in agreement with it. Why do we use it?

When you create an account on this website, we may ask you any of the following information. You are required if asked to provide truthful information. If you fail to provide truthful information we may take action that can include up to suspension or termination of your account. If your account is terminated or suspended over untruthful or misleading information you will receive no refund or credit.

Who can see limited specific data?

Due to the nature of our business, limited parts of your data may be visible to locations such as payment gateways like PayPal, and Stripe, along with our server and IT companies.

COPPA?

We conform to COPPA which is the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. This requires all members to be at least 13 years of age to join this site. If you are under 18 you must have your parents permission to join. You are made aware that most payment gateways will not allow you if you are under 18 to operate / receive funds from them. Due to COPPA and due to our wish to protect children from certain kinds of content, we implement a system designed to protect kids. Also accounts that are determined to be under age will be shielded from content designated at 18 and older under TTGRA guidelines. 

We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children on our site and application. Some of the features on our site and application are age-gated so that they are not available for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with those features.

We work with the Table Top Game Rating Authority in determining content that is not appropriate for those under 18 years of age, and or content that is said to be designed for kids.

How long we retain data?

We conform to Federal Law in the collection and or retaining of certain kinds of data. This data could include the following, and we retain that data for the following time frames.

User / Account IP and MAC addresses - 5 Years from last collection.
Visitor IP addresses - 90 Days (on average)

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our site. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Right to release information:

We respect and will protect user information. However, we reserve the Right to cooperate with law enforcement when under subpoena or when there is a direct threat / violation of U.S. law. You agree to release us of any liability for such.

If you believe that one of our users is, through the use of our Services, unlawfully infringing the copyright(s), trademark(s) in a work, and wish to have the allegedly infringing material removed, the following information in the form of a written notification (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)) must be provided to our designated Copyright Agent:
